About 3570 W Walworth Road
More than 27 acres of land with a character all its own. Five acres, closer to the road and along the Southern border, offer higher, drier ground, while the balance transitions into wetland habitat that has remained largely untouched. The result is a property where the landscape changes as you move deeper into the acreage—and where wildlife has plenty of room to thrive.
A flat trail follows the boundary lines through the drier portions of the property, creating an easy route for walking, exploring, wildlife watching, or simply getting out into the woods. The boundaries are well marked and clearly posted, making it easy to understand the extent of the property as you move along the trail.
A mature hardwood canopy shades much of the route, with Red Maple, Black Cherry, and Red Mulberry among the trees lining the trail. Below, the transition from higher ground to wetland creates a natural mix of cover, water, and vegetation that attracts an abundance of wildlife.
The wetlands are more than just part of the scenery—they are habitat. Frogs and toads are plentiful, and the quiet, undisturbed nature of the property gives wildlife the space to move, feed, and shelter throughout the acreage. For hunters, photographers, bird watchers, hikers, or anyone who appreciates land in its natural state, there is something compelling about a property that has not been overly altered.
This is recreational acreage with a distinctly natural feel: dry ground near the road, hardwoods overhead, a level trail underfoot, and wetlands stretching beyond. A place to explore on foot, watch the seasons change, and experience a piece of Wayne County that has been allowed to remain wild.
This property is actively hunted and will need a set time to view the land accompanied by an agent. There are also cameras monitoring activity. Reach out today to make an appointment to see if this is the untouched recreational property you have been looking for so close to home.
